2012 Doomsday/Domesday Part 7 (Assembly)

Today, in RMK 153 class, our dear X-Men, Yusoff is telling us to carry and construct our bamboo at dome site on 4.30pm. As tomorow, Friday, is the DOME ASSEMBLY, to avoid myself become the "nila dalam susu", who cause the failure of dome assembly, so, we are going to re-do our struts!! This time, I won't let the PVC joint "separated" with my struts!

Ar.Mohd Najib is demonstrate the correct way to tie up the bamboo scaffold and gangplank tightly. He shows us how to tighten it with a rope that had been soak in water already.


Ar.Mohd Najib said the scaffold and gangplank that tighten before is too loose. He asked us untied it then re-tie again.

Then, we re-tie it again, with all my energy!!!

Next, seen the scaffold and gangplank is enough of hand, we are going to start our journey of "RE-DO STRUTS".

This time, we're very careful and choosy in picking up our suitable bamboo struts. We swear no more separation of them, I want them stick together forever. And by the time, the new bamboos are reached from rumpun buluh!! Yeah Yeah Yeah!! Thanks for other students helping in carrying the bamboos from rumpun buluh to condome site.

Then, we desperately in choosing the new bamboos, cutting them into suitable length, repeat and repeat the process before. And En.WanB is kindly remind us that we should not use the old way for erection PVC joints with the struts, which keep on thinning and thinning the struts. We can burn the PVC joints to suit the size of bamboo struts. Such a brilliant idea.

For tomorrow DOME ASSEMBLY, I hope it will a succesful assembly and fabricate!! woh.. feel so relaxing after re-do my struts.. Jiayou for all of us!!
